Cyberbullies scare schoolgirls into stripping online
####################################
Bullies, no longer content to taunt their victims in the playground, are turning to the Web.
They are using e-mail, text messaging and social-networking sites in new forms of victimization, according to Canadian researchers.
Cyberbullies are even forcing their girlfriends to undress in front of Webcams and then sharing the images with others online.
"They're pressuring each other. This (pressure) is particularly for girls to send pictures of themselves with their tops off," said Faye Mishna, a professor at the University of Toronto who has been researching the cyberabuse of children.
"Girls might send (a photograph) to their boyfriend," Mishna said, after being convinced that only he will see it. "So she gives in, and the next thing you know, it's all over (the place)." Link

Thats a real tragedy, if they send me their pictures, I PROMISE I won't show them to ANYONE!

Tito Ortiz Boxing Match Against Dana White No-Go
**********************************************
So, everyone is giving me shit for the Dana fight... No one knows what really went on.
Let me tell my side of what real went on. Me and Dana had this agreement to box each other. I told Dana we should put it on video and sell it. He said "yes that a good idea". So Spike came to Big Bear before the Chuck fight for two days. Used my time from training to shoot for the Spike special. I said that was fine. I took two week off after the chuck fight. Then started my boxing training. You all have to understand that Dana was almost a pro boxer. I was going to take this fight serious. Jenna was helping me with the deal because I seen this as a big money maker. She ask if there was a contract for the fight? She made calls to Dana to get the deal done. Craig from Spike called Jenna back to discuss is deal. She asked for executive producer rights for me. Since it was my idea. Help to promote Punishment Athletics for the fight and other deal points. Craig said he would talk to Dana and get back to us. After that I cancel a few appearance's that I had to do. Alot of money that was givin up. So I could train for the fight. I had to get all of my medicals done as a normal fight. I got my eye done then we got a call from Craig. He said that Dana say that they are not going to shoot the fight or cover it in anyway. So this was a real lose, lose situation for me. I lost out on money for appearances. Now I was losing out on promotion and big dollars for the PPV. He didn't want to cut me in on the deal. So as a business man I couldn't do the fight. I have a very big fight with Evans. Why would I risk my health and that fight for free? I wasn't going to make anything for it? I was not going to get taken advantage of as a fighter or a business man. You tell me if I made the right decision? Hopefully this will get ironed out and will be done right the next time. Just trying to do business.....

Too bad, I was looking forward to the boxing match. But screw boxing, the big news today is that the UFC has purchased Pride Fighting Championships, (link) opening the door to dream fights that fans have been waiting a long time to see.

Colorado Granny Charged With Sexually Assaulting Kids While Man Watched Over Internet
A Clifton, Colo., woman was jailed Wednesday on suspicion she had her grandchildren perform sexually explicit acts while a man she met on the Internet watched.
The 49-year-old woman was arrested Tuesday on charges including child abuse and sexual assault on a child. No bond had been set. The Associated Press was not naming the woman because it could provide information that would identify the victims.
Her arrest stemmed from an Immigrations and Customs Enforcement roundup linked to Matthew Hughes, 26, who was arrested in December on Internet child pornography charges in Canada.
Internet chat messages indicated Hughes and the grandmother communicated with each other. Investigators traced the woman through her screen name, according to an arrest affidavit.
The woman allegedly told investigators she had her granddaughters touch her at the request of a man who watched via a Web camera, the affidavidt said.
The woman, who is married, told Mesa County sheriff's investigators that she occasionally watches the children when their mother is away.
Investigators who visited her home this week said five children under the age of 15 were at the home, which had feces on the floor and moldy food in almost every room, according to the affidavit. Link

Latest Chick Teacher Sex Scandal
###################
A Toronto high school teacher is charged with sexual exploitation following allegations that she has been romantically involved with a student for the last 18 months.
And even more startling, Toronto Police confirmed yesterday that the family studies teacher is carrying a baby believed to have been fathered by the teenage boy.
"The investigation is continuing, but that is certainly a possibility that I cannot eliminate," Det. Peter Duncan of 31 Division, said yesterday.
Police learned of the alleged affair early this month through a tip to Crime Stoppers and began looking into the matter immediately. (Source: CANOE)

Has rap music hit a wall?
NEW YORK (AP) -- Maybe it was the umpteenth coke-dealing anthem or soft-porn music video. Perhaps it was the preening antics that some call reminiscent of Stepin Fetchit.
The turning point is hard to pinpoint. But after 30 years of growing popularity, rap music is now struggling with an alarming sales decline and growing criticism from within about the culture's negative effect on society. (read the rest)

Internet addict went out like a champ
BEIJING (Reuters) - An obese 26-year-old man in northeastern China died after a "marathon" online gaming session over the Lunar New Year holiday, state media said on Wednesday.
The 150-kg (330-lb) man from Jinzhou, in Liaoning province, collapsed on Saturday, the last day of the holiday, after spending "almost all" of the seven-day break playing online games, the China Daily said, citing his parents.
Xu Yan, a local teacher, said the "dull life" during the holiday prompted many people to turn to computer games for entertainment.
"There are only two options. TV or computer. What else can I do in the holiday as all markets, KTV and cafeterias are shut down?" the paper quoted Xu as saying.
China has seen an alarming rise in the number of teenage and young adult Internet addicts in recent years, despite attempts to restrict minors from cybercafes and limit online game playing times.
About 2.6 million -- or 13 percent -- of China's 20 million Internet users under 18 are classed as addicts, state media have reported.

Phil Spector Murder Trial To Be Televised
Superior Court Judge Larry Paul Fidler approved the motion, filed last month, which will see TV cameras given access to broadcast live coverage - however he warned networks against turning the murder trial into a circus, adding he would have no hesitation in "pulling the plug" if it impacted on Jury.
Fidler explained his decision by adding the television coverage would come at a welcome time for the American public - some 12 years after the high profile acquittal of sports personality OJ Simpson, who was on trial for the murder of his wife.
Spector is currently free on $1m bail over the alleged shooting of b-movie actress Lana Clarkson in February 2003. The 'wall of sound' producer denies killing the 43-year-old, claiming she committed suicide in his Los Angeles mansion.

Former NBA star Dennis Johnson dead at age 52
Dennis Johnson was a favorite in Boston where he played on two NBA championship teams. He was respected in Texas as coach and mentor to players aspiring to reach the levels he did. Former teammates and opponents remembered him as someone who gave everything to the game he loved. Johnson died Thursday, collapsing after his developmental team's practice. He was 52.
"Dennis was just an awesome player," his former Celtics coach K.C. Jones said. "He played hard and he took the big shots."
Johnson, coach of the Austin Toros, was talking with a team staff member when he collapsed outside the Austin Convention Center. He was unconscious and in cardiac arrest when paramedics arrived, said Warren Hassinger, spokesman for Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services.
Paramedics tried to resuscitate him for 23 minutes before he was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead, Hassinger added. Mayra Freeman, a spokeswoman for the medical examiner's office, said there will be an autopsy.
The Toros postponed home games Friday and Saturday nights, the NBA Development League said.
A five-time All-Star and one of the NBA's top defensive guards, Johnson was part of the last Boston dynasty. He spent 14 seasons in the league and retired after the 1989-90 season. He played on title teams with the Celtics in 1984 and 1986 and with the Seattle SuperSonics in 1979, when he was the NBA finals MVP. (read the rest)

Kim Mather Blasts Ex-Hubby Rapper During Radio Interview
Kim Mathers described Eminem as unfaithful and uncaring and even went as far as to disparage the Grammy winner's sexual prowess.
"I vomit in my mouth whenever I'm around him," she said during the interview.
Mathers said she saw the interview as her chance to turn the tables on the entertainer, who has used his tormented relationship with his high school sweetheart as a source of his most popular and demented rhymes. He has killed her off in song and attacked her with his lyrics.
Mathers, the enraged bitter crack whore as I like to call her, said Friday she was "100 percent sure" they would never get back together.

Dude taped wife's rape, hung her from tree
The man was charged with aggravated assault and battery, sexual battery, kidnapping, and false imprisonment. He was being held in the Brevard County, Florida, jail on Tuesday in lieu of $3 million bail.
"I don't know how to even explain it," sheriff's deputy Marlon Buggs said, adding, "the victim will be mentally scarred. He humiliated her."
CNN and The Associated Press do not identify victims of sexual assault. The man was not identified in an effort to protect his wife's identity.
The couple went on a canoe trip down a canal on Saturday and pulled ashore near some trees, when he began raping her and taping it with a video camera, Buggs said. He tied her to a tree, where she hung naked for several hours, her toes grazing the ground.
He struck her with the side of a hunting knife blade, leaving bruises, then raped her again, Buggs said.
It appeared the man was following a computer printout describing the crime in detail that was found at the scene, Buggs said.
If convicted, the man faces a life sentence, Buggs said. He will appear in court February 9. His attorney's name was not immediately known.

Wacky Warning Labels Save lives and Provide Laughs
The Wacky Warning contest winners were chosen from about 150 nominations received by Michigan Lawsuit Abuse Watch, said the group's president, Robert B. Dorigo Jones. The group picked five finalists, and callers to WOMC-FM's Dick Purtan show chose the winners.
The top vote-getter was a warning tag from a front-load washing machine.
"DO NOT put any person in this washer," it read.
Second place went to a warning on a personal watercraft that said, "Never use a lit match or open flame to check fuel level."
There was a tie for third place between a statement on a Super Lotto ticket that said, "Do not iron," and a warning on a cell phone that said, "Don't try to dry your phone in a microwave oven."
Honorable mention went to a telephone directory with the cover statement, "Please do not use this directory while operating a moving vehicle."

Early Entry For Father of the Year 2007
MURRYSVILLE, Pa. - A man left his 3-year-old son alone in a van parked outside an adult bookstore, where the man spent at least 40 minutes, police said. (40 minutes? That dude has some staying power.)
Construction workers near the Adult Bookstore in Murrysville called police after they noticed the child on Dec. 12, police said. Officers arrived to find the boy alone inside the locked van, police said.
John Ray Stewart Jr., 27, of Turtle Creek, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday on a single charge of child endangerment. (Ya, he probably wants to get the whole process finished as quickly as possible)
Stewart apologized and "stated he has an addiction to these types of stores," police said.
A woman who answered the phone at Stewart's home on Wednesday said he is not commenting on the charges. (Why not? Is he too busy masturbating? Ahhh that one was too easy.)

Boise State Marriage Proposal Ruins Football Game
Boise State’s Ian Johnson is a spur-of-the moment kind of guy, so why not pop the question to his girlfriend on the field in the frenzied aftermath of the Broncos’ 43-42 overtime victory in the Fiesta Bowl on Monday night?
Moments after the sophomore running back raced to the end zone for the game-winning, 2-point conversion, Johnson was thinking about asking his girlfriend, Broncos cheerleader Chrissy Popadics, to marry him.
He made the decision to go ahead with it, he said, “as soon as the camera got on me.”
“I had the ring in my room,” Johnson said. “I was waiting for us to go back to California but the moment just hit. There was no better time.”
His girlfriend held his hand tightly on the field and couldn’t quite believe what had happened.
“I’m in shock,” she said. “I’ve got all these emotions in me. I think I’m going to pass out.”
It took awhile or her to realize Johnson was asking her to marry her.
“I think it finally hit her and she finally figured it out,” he said, “and she eventually did say yes.”
